Thought I’d send you a quick email about the beef I got from you.  It is wonderful!!  I’ve had a chance to try a couple of different cuts as well as a roast and ribs and everything is just great.  Almost makes me think that I’m a better cook than I know I really am.  The meat is tasty as well as nice and tender.  How fortuitous for me to get my meat before all the recalls of beef here in AB.
